Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser. They let the platform remember that you're signed in, your language preferences, and other settings needed to provide the service.
We group cookies into three categories. Essential and functional cookies are always set. The Meta pixel is active on our marketing pages unless you reject it in the cookie notice; HubSpot, only if you accept.
| Category | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Authentication | Keep you securely signed in. | Until you sign out | Essential |
| Preferences | Remember your language, light/dark mode, and cookie notice acceptance. | Persistent | Functional |
| Analytics — HubSpot | Understand how the site is used and manage business contacts. Full cookie details in HubSpot's cookie policy. | Up to 6 months | Analytics |
On draaly.com's marketing pages (the home page, our ad landing page, the assessment, and clinic sign-up), Draaly loads the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which measures how effective our ads are and lets us show them to people who have already visited the site (_fbp cookie, up to 90 days). It turns on when you arrive and stops loading if you click "Reject" in the cookie notice. It never loads in the therapist or patient dashboards, on the login page, or on a clinic's pages. If the pixel is active and you complete the assessment or create your account, we also send that event to Meta from our server, along with your email, phone number, and country converted into an encrypted code (hash) before it leaves Draaly, to measure and improve our campaigns. Only if you click "Accept" does Draaly also load HubSpot, an analytics and CRM tool that helps us understand how the site is used and manage business contacts. We never send patient data or clinical information.
Essential and functional cookies are based on legitimate interest and the technical need to provide the service (Art. 6.1.f of the EU GDPR and Art. 7, V of Brazil's LGPD). The Meta pixel on our marketing pages is based on our legitimate interest in measuring and promoting Draaly among professionals (Art. 6.1.f of the GDPR and Art. 7, IX of the LGPD); you can object at any time with the "Reject" button. HubSpot requires your prior consent (Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR and Art. 7, I of the LGPD) and is only activated when you expressly accept the cookie notice.
You can set your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Keep in mind that disabling essential cookies may prevent the platform from working properly. To stop the Meta pixel and HubSpot from loading, click "Reject" in the cookie notice. If you already made a choice, clear the site data for draaly.com in your browser: the notice will appear again and you'll be able to reject it.
If you have questions about our cookie policy or how your data is handled, write to us at alejandro@draaly.com.
